  7. Onda isn't a paint program like DPaint because it hasn't the classic tools
  8. for the paint such as lines and circles.

  10. It's not a graphic program 3D.

  12. With this program it's possible to create quickly particular animations in the
  13. GIF ANIM format for a suitable use in the WEB pages.

  16. Note: Onda requires GfxCon & WirlGIF installed into the same directory.
